Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cut in fat; add milk.
    Drop by spoonfuls on top of the stew.
    Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
    Now cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Do not uncover until they have steamed 15 minutes.
