Chicken Nacho Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
1 can chopped green chiles (undrained)
1/2 c. salsa
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 1/2 c. seeded, diced tomatoes
1/2 c. minced green onions
1/2 c. light beer
1 can black beans, drained
1/2 c. minced cilantro
16 oz. nonfat sour cream
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation

Reserve 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix; set aside.
Combine remaining taco seasoning mix, chicken, beer and chiles in a large skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in salsa.
