Randy'S Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey
    2 qt. water
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Tender Quick
Preparation
    Thaw
    turkey
    in
    refrigerator.
    Boil 2 quarts of water and add
    brown\tsugar
    and Tender Quick.
    Mix well.
    Pump this into turkey
    with
    a
    cooking
    syringe.\tLeave in brine in the refrigerator
    for 3 days before cooking.
    Then cover with foil or use a
    cooking bag and bake in oven or smoker at 325\u00b0 until thermometer reaches 180\u00b0 to 185\u00b0.
