Lemon Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Season chicken, then flatten using meat mallet or rolling pin. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken. Cook until brown, about 5 minutes. Add sherry and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
Turn.
Add lemon peel.
Place on plate.
Pour juice over chicken, then top with Parmesan cheese.
