Hamburger-Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. light cream
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. shredded nonfat cheese
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and cream well.
    Knead 10 times on floured board. Roll dough in a circle to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
    Saute beef and onions until brown.
    Add seasonings and Bisquick.
    Pour into dough-lined pan.
    Beat eggs and blend with cottage cheese.
    Pour over meat.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
