Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine
6 oz. or 3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except muffin mix) well.
Add muffin mix.
Stir.
Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
