Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 carton sour cream
whipped cream (for topping)
stemmed cherries (for topping)
tart shells
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan; stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick.
Cool.
Fold in sour cream.
Chill.
Serve in pastry shells.
Serves 6 to 8 dessert-size shells.
More in smaller shells.
