Italian Pork Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 lb. pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 chopped onion
    16 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cut boneless pork; stir-fry in 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil, onion and mushrooms.
    Stir in tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serves 4.
