Banana Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. bran
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 or 3 medium)
Preparation
    Combine butter, eggs, bananas and honey; mix until smooth. Mix together yogurt and baking soda; add to banana mixture.
    Cream well, then add flour, bran, wheat germ and oats and stir until just blended.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Don't overbake.
