Oven Fried Vegetables(A Weight Watcher Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes (skin on), cut up into slices
    2 zucchini, cut up into slices
    1 large onion, cut up into slices
    2 carrots, cut up into slices
    1 green pepper, cut up into slices
    1 red pepper, cut up into slices
    1 turnip, sliced very thin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Put vegetables in a bowl and toss with oil.
    Arrange in a shallow layer on a nonstick cookie sheet; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
