Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cut up
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms (undrained)
    1 can bean sprouts
    1/4 pkg. fine noodles, cooked
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown the pork in the soy sauce.
    Add the celery and onion. Add the mushroom soup, mushrooms, bean sprouts and noodles.
    Put into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pork is done.
    During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle chow mein noodles on top.
