Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 bell pepper, chopped
8 oz. or 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 can whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. red hot pepper, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
