Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese and hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
