Easy Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (28 oz.) can pumpkin
1 yellow cake mix (18 1/2 oz.)
3/4 c. oleo, melted
3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Blend first 8 ingredients; pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cake mix; scatter nuts on top.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and refrigerate; may be frozen.
