Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. honey
6 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over water and honey.
Stir.
Slowly add flour and salt; beat with wooden spoon. Turn dough out on floured board and knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Place dough in lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise 2 hours.
Sprinkle corn meal in well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
