Hot Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 qt. hot cooked potatoes, cubed
1/4 c. raw carrot, grated
3 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation

Dice bacon and panfry.
Add chopped onion and green pepper. Cook 3 minutes.
Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and beaten egg. Cook slightly.
Add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and diced, hard-cooked eggs.
Blend slightly and serve hot.
