Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. hot Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat the egg and milk together in a Corning Ware dish.
    Mix cheeses with milk mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with nacho chips or crackers.
