Parmesan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. bran
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast with warm water and gently stir to dissolve completely.
Add cooled margarine, sugar, salt, egg, bran and Parmesan cheese.
Blend well.
Mix in flour.
Cover and let stand in a warm place about 2 hours or until doubled.
Punch down and turn out onto lightly floured board.
Knead just enough to form a smooth ball.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet (or any pan you like).
Cover and let rise about 40 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a dark golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
