Ingredients

3 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation

Cream
butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
Add vanilla and fold in
coconut.
Pour
into
large greased and floured tube pan. Using table knife, make 8 or 9 circles around, extending knife about 2 inches in batter.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven approximately 1 1/2 hours.
