"Uptown" Beer Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    celery and green peppers to taste, chopped fine
    1/2 c. finely rolled bread crumbs
    1 egg, thoroughly beaten
    1 c. ketchup (spicy)
    1 c. beer
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and mix well.
    Make small size (1-inch diameter) meat balls and fry in small amount of oil (if necessary) evenly on all sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
