Peanut Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream shortening with peanut butter and salt until light and fluffy, gradually adding confectioners sugar.
    Blend in vanilla, then flour.
    Stir in peanuts; mix well.
    Shape dough into small balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Roll immediately in confectioners sugar.
