Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small sweet onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice large mushrooms and leave small ones whole.
    Cut onion in half, then into long, thin strips.
    Melt butter with soy sauce. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until onion is almost clear.
