Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    Baker's coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, margarine and milk together.
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add the two mixtures together in medium saucepan. Cook until thickened.
    Coconut is optional.
    Pour into 2 baked pie crusts or 1 deep-dish baked crust.
