Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Raisin Bran
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 1/4 cans milk
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine in bowl the first 3 ingredients and let stand until the moisture is taken up.
    Add 1 egg and beat well.
    Sift remaining ingredients and add.
    Stir until combined.
    Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before removing.
    Yields 12 to 15 (2 1/2-inch) muffins.
