Raspberry Peach Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    12 large ice cubes
    1/2 c. heavy or light cream
    1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte lite yellow cling sliced peaches, drained
    prepared whipped topping
    mint sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cubes until dissolved.
    Reserve 3/4 cup dissolved gelatin. Divide among and pour remaining gelatin evenly into 6 dessert glasses.
    Chill.
