Fresh Apple Cake(Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend together the sugar, oil and eggs.
Add the apples, nuts and raisins.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bake in oblong 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Can be baked in 6 small pans at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
