Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 stick butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 pkg. yellow or chocolate cake mix (do not use mix with pudding in it; lemon and raspberry cake mixes are wonderful)
Preparation

Chill dough 1/2 hour.
Roll into balls (1/2 teaspoon).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
