Depression Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. turkey broth
    3 or 4 c. turkey chunks
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 c. pearl onions
    small can tomato paste
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer broth and turkey for 1 hour. Add onions, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    The next day, add tomato paste and rice to remaining soup.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
