Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, Wesson oil and grated carrots together.
Add flour and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
