Stuffing(For 11 To 12 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/4 c. chopped celery or 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. broth, milk or water (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Stir in seasonings, eggs and broth.
    (Add broth, milk or water only when not stuffing a bird.)
    Stir into bread cubes.
    Place in casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
