Italian Chicken Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Flatten fillets with mallet.
Marinate in dressing 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Coat each fillet lightly with crumbs.
Arrange in single layer in dish.
Bake 5 or 6 minutes on each side.
