Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 small can ripe olives, sliced
Preparation

Brown meat with oregano, salt and garlic.
Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce; heat.
Dip tortillas in heated sauce. Spread 3 tortillas in greased casserole.
Make layers of meat mixtures, cheese, onions, olives and sauce, beginning with tortillas and ending with grated cheese and sauce.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
