Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreos, crushed
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation

Place 1/2 package crushed Oreos in 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla. Add milk to pudding mix with cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cookies and top with remaining crumbs.
Chill 24 hours before serving.
