Greco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 or 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
    2 c. shell macaroni
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and pepper in small amount of oil until glossy.
    Add ground beef; break up and stir to prevent sticking.
    Add mushrooms and remove from heat.
    Boil macaroni until tender (according to package directions).
    Drain and add to ground beef mixture.
    Add tomato sauce and corn and mix well.
    Place in greased casserole. Grate lots of cheese on top and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300\u00b0. Serves 6.
