Dish Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
pinch of pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. onion, chopped (onion flakes may be used instead)
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat; drain off fat and set aside.
Blend milk, mayonnaise, eggs (that have been beaten) and cornstarch.
Then add rest of ingredients and pour in unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
