Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel)
1 c. chopped onion
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce (regular size)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

In 3 quart buttered baking casserole dish, layer chips, zucchini,
onion, green
pepper
and
cheese.
Repeat
layers. Pour tomato sauce and mushroom soup over all.
Top with chips. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until zucchini is cooked.
