Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    5 qt. popcorn, popped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn immediately in large roasting pan.
    Bake in a slow oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    After baking, stir continuously until cool.
    Kernels will not stick.
