Sour Cream Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. lukewarm sour cream
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1 large egg
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soft shortening
Preparation
    Knead and roll into oblong 24 x 6-inch pan.
    Spread half with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Fold other half over and cut into 24 strips. Twist each strip and place on greased baking sheet.
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm place 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Frost while warm.
