Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk, warmed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni, prepared according to pkg.
Preparation

In a 4-quart glass mixing bowl, melt butter or margarine in microwave; mix in flour and add warmed milk.
Microwave, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
If it gets lumpy, beat with a wire whisk or mixer.
Then add the cheese and microwave until cheese melts.
Add macaroni, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yields 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
