Homemade Baking Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. sifted flour
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    5 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients until well blended.
    With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until coarse crumbs form.
    Store in airtight container in cool, dry place up to 3 months.
    Stir before measuring.
    Makes about 16 cups.
