Salata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 very ripe tomatoes, diced
    6 green onions, sliced small
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/8 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 loaf French bread, cut into pieces
Preparation
    Hand crush tomatoes to render juice.
    Add green onions, garlic, oil and vinegar to tomatoes; mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill in refrigerator at least two hours; the longer the better.
    Serve in individual bowls with French bread pieces and don't forget your spoon.
