Watermelon Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
3 to 4 drops green food coloring
1 pt. (2 c.) raspberry sherbet or sorbet
1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation

Line a 1 1/2-quart bowl with plastic wrap.
Set aside.
In another bowl, mix 1/2 of the topping with the food coloring. Spread on bottom and sides of the prepared bowl.
Freeze 30 minutes.
Spread remaining topping over the green layer and freeze 1 hour.
Mix sherbet with chopped chocolate and spoon into center of topping.
Freeze at least 4 hours.
