Baked Chicken Rolls With Cheese And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

4 large chicken cutlets
1 (5 oz.) pkg. peppered soft spreadable cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
On each chicken cutlet, spread 1/4 of cheese; roll tightly.
Secure with toothpick.
Place rolled chicken in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, mix undiluted soup with wine (or both).
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture over rolled chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to platter; spoon sauce over.
Remove toothpicks. Garnish with parsley.
