Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely chopped
sliced jalapeno peppers to taste (about 1/3 c. or more)
1/2 c. chopped red onion
about 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Toss ingredients with mayonnaise to desired consistency. Chill overnight. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
