Olive Mccready'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mash potatoes with mixer.
Add butter and rest of ingredients; top with topping and bake in greased pan.
Cook for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
