Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bunches fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Toss broccoli, onion and raisins together.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and let stand 10 to 15 minutes to allow sugar to dissolve.
Pour dressing over broccoli and toss.
Refrigerate until just prior to serving.
Before serving, add bacon, cheese and nuts and toss again.
