Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour (divided)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine (divided)
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour and salt with pastry blender or two knives.
Cut in 3 tablespoons margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Form dough into ball and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
