Cranberry Orange Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 whole orange
    1 egg
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put softened butter, sugar and orange rind of orange into food processor and process until soft.
    Add egg and segments of orange and process until smooth.
    Add orange juice and cranberries and process until the cranberries are coarsely chopped.
