Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix with soup, sour cream, onion, oleo, 1 cup cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a well-greased baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch).
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 8 servings.
    Each has 243 calories, 14 gr fat and 33 mg cholesterol.
