Bev'S Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. grated onion (green)
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    pepper
    onion or celery salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    After grating and chopping vegetables, use paper towels to press out excess liquid.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread on white sandwich bread with crusts trimmed.
    Cut into quarters or triangles.
    (Bread may need a thin spread of mayonnaise.)
